Hello. I am Maria.

Here, you are entering my world, as I look at it through all the things I love. 

Using Yoga, music and writing as a vehicle I welcome you to this journey to your own self. 

I teach Yoga guided by an innate need for contact and sharing.

On the piano and my voice you will “hear” my desire to connect with you and immerse ourselves in Being. 

In my word - spoken and written - you will discover that I’m looking for every possible way to touch your mind and your soul. 

You will choose Me and I will choose You, and together we will find the tools that will ease the flow of life. 

You will have to accept my discipline and demanding rhythm and I will embrace your movement on the Yoga mat. 

We will both accept that the flow on the mat is mirroring that of Life and so we will flow together.
